Mechanical
• BATTERIES: There are two batteries in the vehicle. The engine battery is located under the bonnet. To access this you will need to pull
the release lever located to the lower right of the steering wheel. The house battery is also located under the bonnet. Both batteries are
charged when the vehicle is running.
• FUEL: To access the fuel tank you will need to pull the release lever located on the lower right of the drivers seat. BEWARE: Only use
petrol in this vehicle.
• LOCKING: Please note that not all vehicles have central locking.
• OIL: The oil dipstick and reservoir are located under the bonnet on the driver’s side of the engine bay. To access this you will need to pull
the release lever located to the lower right of the steering wheel.
• PUNCTURE: In the event of a puncture, please use the tools located in the side wall of the boot area on the passenger’s side (left) of the
vehicle (under the kitchen bench). To lower the spare wheel cradle, undo the retaining bolt located underneath the rear bumper of the
vehicle. Please ensure that the damaged tyre and cradle are firmly secured before driving away.
• TYRES: The correct pressure for the tyres is 40psi. Please ensure that you check these pressures before each trip.
• WATER: The radiator cap is located under the bonnet near the centre of the engine bay. To access this you will need to pull the release
lever located to the lower right of the steering wheel. BEWARE: Radiator cap may be HOT!
• WINDOW WASH: The reservoir for the windscreen washers is located under the bonnet to the left of engine bay. To access this you will
need to pull the release lever located to the lower right of the steering wheel.
• FUSES: The 12v fuse box is located behind the house battery at the back of the engine bay (under the bonnet).
Interior
• BED: To make the bed, move the two front seats forward as far as they can go. Pull the strap attached to the rear facing bench seat
towards the rear of vehicle. Lower the rear facing bench seat back flat to complete the bed.
• GAS COOKER: To access the gas cooker you will need to open the rear door of the vehicle and pull out the tray located on the right hand
side of the kitchen area. To use, press the lever down to engage the gas canister and then turn the circle knob anti-clockwise until the
gas cooker tries to ignite. If the gas cooker fails to ignite, repeat the process. In the event the gas cooker does not ignite the gas canister
may be empty and need replaced. After use, pull the lever back up to disconnect the gas canister. The gas cooker is not to be used for
heating the vehicle.
• LIGHTS: The lights operate off the domestic battery and the switches for each light are on the light fittings. The lights will not work if the
domestic battery is flat.
• WATER: The vehicle has a 10 litre water tank. To fill the water tank, place the hose in the access hole located at the rear of the vehicle
below the fridge. To access this, the rear door must be open. To make the water flow at the sink, pump the water tap.
• FRIDGE: The fridge (18 litres) operates off the 12v house battery. To use, turn on switch located on right side of the fridge to either high
or low. Adjust to desired temperature. The fridge will not work if the domestic battery is low.
• TABLES: One table is located under the rear facing bench seat. To erect simply place pole housed in cavity of the bench seat in the plug
located in the centre of the rear floor. The table can then be assembled on top of the pole. The rear table can be set up by opening the
rear door and pulling down on the grey panel under the sink. Important: Do not sit on the tables.
• WASTE WATER: Before draining sink please ensure the bucket provided is placed under the waste water drainage hose which is located
under the left rear of the vehicle.
